About the role
Desh-Link Lock Industries Ltd. is seeking a Production In‑Charge to oversee manufacturing operations at its Keraniganj facility. The role is full‑time, office‑based, and reports directly to senior management, ensuring production targets are met efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and coordinate with engineering and quality teams.
- Monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow to meet output goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, implementing process improvements.
- Maintain accurate production records and report performance metrics.
Required profile
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and production processes.
- Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively.
