About the role

Crunchis Foods & Seasonings Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager or Divisional Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives across Bangladesh. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and managing a sales team within the food and seasoning sector.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
Identify new business opportunities and nurture key client relationships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust plans accordingly.
Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of the sales team.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and budget proposals.

Required profile

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing or a related discipline.
3 to 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the food or seasoning industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
MBA is considered an added advantage.
