About the role
The Shahid Cadet Academy is seeking a Branch Director for its Pabna branch located in Gazipur. This full‑time, office‑based position will lead the branch’s operations, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with academy standards while delivering high‑quality educational services.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative and academic activities of the branch.
- Coordinate with teaching staff to maintain curriculum standards.
- Develop and implement branch policies and procedures.
- Monitor student performance and ensure a safe learning environment.
- Lead the branch team, fostering collaboration and professional development.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Honors (অনার্স) and Master’s degree in English or Mathematics.
- Demonstrated strong academic performance will be given priority.
