Sales and Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Customer Support Representative to join UniEducare in Dhaka. The successful candidate will combine sales expertise with excellent customer service to drive revenue and ensure client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through inbound and outbound channels.
• Present UniEducare’s products and services, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Provide timely assistance to existing customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet monthly targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
