About the role
Digilog Systems is looking for a Service Engineer / Technician to join its team in Dhaka. The role involves hands‑on work with IPS and stabilizer equipment, ensuring proper assembly, repair, and installation for our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble, repair, and install IPS units and voltage stabilizers.
- Perform on‑site troubleshooting and maintenance of electronic hardware.
- Document service activities and report any issues to the engineering team.
- Communicate with clients using WhatsApp for service updates and coordination.
Required profile
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in electronics service or field engineering.
- SSC (Vocational) or HSC (Vocational) or a Diploma in Electronics.
- Must own an Android mobile phone and be proficient with WhatsApp.
Required skills
- IPS assembly and troubleshooting.
- Stabilizer repair and installation.
- Android mobile operation.
- WhatsApp communication for service coordination.
