About the role
We are seeking a Short‑Term Engineer to join our team on a contractual basis. The position is based in Barishal Sadar and can be performed partly from the office and partly from home, allowing flexible work arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Execute short‑term engineering projects as assigned by the organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Prepare and deliver technical reports and documentation.
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years of professional engineering experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to engage in both on‑site and remote work.
- Commitment to a contract‑based employment arrangement.
Required skills
What we offer
- Monthly salary between Tk 68,000 and Tk 70,000.
- Contractual employment with clear term.
- Hybrid work mode (office and home).
