Student Counselor

About the role

StudyMint is seeking enthusiastic Student Counselors to join our office in Farmgate. In this full‑time position you will support students by providing guidance, answering queries, and helping them navigate academic pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Assist students with academic and enrollment questions.
• Provide information on courses, schedules, and campus resources.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions.
• Collaborate with faculty and administrative staff to resolve student issues.
• Participate in outreach activities to promote student services.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a counseling, advisory, or student support role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in an office environment.
