Architect – Full‑Time Position in Dhaka

About the role

Regnum is seeking a qualified Architect to join its office in Dhaka on a full‑time basis. The successful candidate will contribute to the design and execution of architectural projects, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and adherence to local building regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and drawings for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements.
• Prepare and review construction documents and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance during construction.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors.
• Prepare cost estimates and material specifications.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Conduct site visits to verify design implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architecture.
