About the role
Concord Group is seeking an Assistant Resident Engineer – Estimator to support water park and amusement park projects in Dhaka. The role combines engineering assistance with cost estimation responsibilities, working from the office and collaborating with project teams.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the resident engineer in overseeing water park and amusement park construction projects.
- Prepare and review cost estimates for civil works related to large‑scale recreational facilities.
- Support the estimation process by gathering quantities, material costs, and labor rates.
- Coordinate with design and procurement teams to ensure accurate budgeting.
Required profile
- Minimum five years of experience in commercial, hospitality, resort, infrastructure or large‑scale construction projects.
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
