Quality Process Specialist II (Dhaka)

About the role

The Quality Process Specialist II ensures right-first-time delivery within the supply chain for sourcing best-in-class products, and coaches, trains and drives the vendor base to ensure consumer satisfaction. The position is based in Dhaka only, within a typical office environment, with substantial travel (about 50%). It sits in the Professional career band, which focuses on results achieved through individual work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage non-conformance issues, customer complaint resolution and the close-the-loop process (20-25%)
• Manage the CSC Strategic Product Audit Program (15-20%)
• Ensure product performance standards through the Upstream Product Risk assessment process (10-15%)
• Validate bulk reproducibility of the style and address potential failures caused by design, engineering, raw materials and manufacturing (10-15%)
• Support QFI and VQE empowerment programs at factory level (5-10%)
• Ensure brand and region expectations are met, deliver quality readiness at style level through an efficient VQE program, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and design quality processes within the Regional LO (5% each)
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience
• Typically 5-8 years of professional experience
• General proficiency with the tools, systems and procedures needed for the job
• Substantial travel (about 50%)
• No supervisory responsibilities
