Regional Sales Manager - Value Solutions

About the role

ApplyBoard connects international students, student advisors and educational institutions on a personalised platform. Its Regional Sales Manager - Value Solutions drives revenue growth in a designated market by promoting and selling Value Added Service (VAS) offerings such as Test Vouchers, GIC, Loans and Forex. The role suits a product-led leader who embraces technology-first approaches and builds innovative go-to-market strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets by securing new business within the B2B network and fostering relationships with current and potential customers.
• Design and implement go-to-market strategies aligned with the region's needs and with ApplyBoard's business goals.
• Activate new customers, engage them proactively and achieve high customer engagement scores.
• Work with the product team to improve product adoption and run cross-selling strategies for existing customers.
• Use CRM systems and technology platforms to track sales performance and collaborate across sales, marketing and core business teams.
• Analyse sales metrics, prepare regular reports for senior management and adapt strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, ideally in education or technology.
• At least 3 years of sales management experience, with expertise in regional or territory sales strategy.
• Strong understanding of value-added services and excellent communication skills for building long-term customer relationships.

• Experience with data analysis techniques to support decision-making.
