Sales Support Engineer

About the role

The Sales Support Engineer will work from our Dhaka office, providing technical assistance to the sales team and ensuring customers receive accurate product information. This full‑time position requires a background in electrical and electronic engineering and at least one year of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist sales representatives with technical queries and product specifications.
• Prepare and review technical proposals, quotations, and documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering and product teams to resolve customer issues.
• Support product demonstrations and field visits as needed.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company offerings and industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or an equivalent diploma.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical or engineering support role.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of electrical and electronic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
