About the role
InnStar Ltd is seeking a Senior MEP Engineer to join its office in Dhaka. The company, established in 2009, delivers high‑line residential and commercial real‑estate projects that are LEED Platinum and Gold certified. The engineer will support the design, coordination and implementation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems across these projects.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and review MEP design drawings and specifications for residential and commercial developments.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers and contractors to ensure integrated building services.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, LEED standards and project quality requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and oversee site inspections.
Required profile
- Diploma in Engineering.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in MEP engineering within the construction sector.
