About the role

The company, a 100% export‑oriented multinational garment industry, is seeking an In‑Charge for its accessories store located in Savar EPZ. This full‑time position is based in an office environment and reports to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the accessories store
• Manage stock levels and coordinate with production and logistics
• Supervise store staff and ensure compliance with company policies
• Monitor sales performance and handle customer inquiries
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and prepare operational reports

Required profile

• 7 to 13 years of experience in retail or store management, preferably within the garment or accessories sector
• Proven leadership and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, export‑oriented environment
