BIM Modeler – Structure

About the role

We are seeking a BIM Modeler – Structure to join our multidisciplinary team in Dhaka. The role focuses on creating and managing detailed building information models that support the design and construction phases of infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop 3‑D structural models in accordance with BIM protocols, ISO 19650, PAS 1192 and project‑specific workflows.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks, Revizto or BIM 360 and assist designers in resolving conflicts.
• Maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) on platforms such as BIM 360, Procore or Aconex, ensuring accurate data exchange (IFC, COBie).
• Conduct quality checks to prevent data loss or corruption and provide technical support to model users.
• Collaborate with designers and managers to ensure model integrity and compliance with project schedules.

Required profile

• BSc or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum three years of BIM modelling experience on infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and collaborative workflows.

Required skills

• Revit (structural modelling)
• AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Navisworks (clash detection)
• BIM 360, Procore or Aconex (CDE management)
• Knowledge of ISO 19650, PAS 1192, IFC and COBie data formats
