Senior Executive, Sales

About the role

Lub House Industries Ltd. is seeking a motivated Senior Executive, Sales to join its national lubricants division. You will work across multiple locations, driving sales growth and building strong relationships with distributors and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territories.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align promotional activities.
• Participate in regular performance reviews and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• 2 to 6 years of proven sales experience, preferably in industrial or lubricant sectors.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a growth‑oriented culture.
