Trainee Branch Manager

About the role

The Trainee Branch Manager will join Singer Bangladesh Limited to support the daily operations of a branch office. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to branch management while working closely with senior managers to develop commercial and customer‑service skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the branch manager in overseeing day‑to‑day activities and ensuring smooth office operations.
• Support sales and customer service teams in meeting targets and handling client inquiries.
• Help monitor inventory, cash handling, and basic financial records.
• Participate in preparing reports, updating branch performance metrics, and maintaining compliance with company policies.
• Contribute to local marketing initiatives and community outreach as directed.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a commercial or retail environment.
• Strong interest in developing management and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an office setting.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the company’s operational standards.
