ওয়েল্ডার (Welder)

About the role

We are looking for skilled welders to join our construction projects in Dhaka and Bogura Sadar. The role involves performing welding and fabrication tasks on site, ensuring high‑quality workmanship and safety standards. Candidates should have 2‑5 years of practical experience and be able to work full‑time in an office‑based coordination environment.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools.
• Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication of metal components according to project standards.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and compliance, making necessary adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all safety regulations.

Required profile

• 2 to 5 years of hands‑on welding experience.
• Technical training or trade course in welding/fabrication (preferred).
• Ability to read basic blueprints and work instructions.
• Commitment to full‑time work and punctual attendance.
